Earlier today, I welcomed the wives of Commissioners to my office as they paid a courtesy visit to appreciate the work being done in Imo State by the 3R Government, led by my husband, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Hope Uzodimma CON, GSSRS.

Speaking on behalf of the group, Lady Onyinyechi Ibejiako, wife of the Commissioner for Industry, Mines, and Solid Minerals, Chief Ernest Ibejiako, commended my office for its support of the Government and various initiatives aimed at empowering women in the State. Mrs. Adaobi Emelumba, wife of the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, also congratulated me on my recent Honorary Doctorate from Hezekiah University, Umudi. She expressed gratitude for the Goodhope Women’s Initiative - GHWI, which has positively impacted communities across the State. In my remarks, I thanked them for their visit and emphasized the importance of working together to drive meaningful progress and positive change in Imo State.

Also present at the meeting were; Mrs. Nnenna Emeka Okoronkwo, wife of the Commissioner for Transport, Mrs. Priscilla Onyeocha, wife of the Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Princess Chizoba Okafor, wife of the Commissioner for Niger Delta Affairs and Intelligence, Hon. Justice Chinamerem Onuegbu, wife of the Commissioner for Lands, Survey, and Physical Planning.
