At the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters in Maitama, Abuja, on January 23, 2024, I joined the First Lady of Nigeria, Her Excellency, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, CON, for the commissioning of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Digital Museum of Dynamic History and Television Studio.

The event celebrated over 50 years of the NYSC’s dedication to promoting patriotism, national unity, and youth service. The First Lady commended Nigerian youth for their strength, creativity, and dedication to nation-building, as reflected in the NYSC anthem. She described the museum as a platform to showcase youth talent, significant historical moments, and the contributions of NYSC members in areas such as healthcare, technology, and community development.

The Minister of Youth Development, Hon. Ayodele Olawande, and the NYSC Director General, Brig. Gen. YD Ahmed, also praised the project for preserving Nigeria's heritage while meeting global standards. The event featured a live interview with the First Lady in the newly commissioned TV studio.
