On Palm Sunday, my husband @he_hopeuzodimma and I gathered at the Government House Owerri Chapel to commemorate the beginning of the Holy Week. The mass was filled with reverence and reflection as we listened to the Gospel according to Mark, the Prophet Isaiah, and the letters to the Philippians.

The homily, delivered with passion and sincerity, reminded us of the significance of Christ's triumphant entry into Jerusalem and the journey towards His ultimate sacrifice and resurrection. As the priest blessed the palms, we were reminded of our call to follow Christ with exultation, seeking the eternal Jerusalem through Him.

The message of the sermon echoed throughout the service, urging us to reflect on the profound meaning of Christ's suffering, death, and resurrection. As we enter into this Holy Week, may we be spiritually renewed and manifest the fruits of the Lord's paschal mystery in our lives, embodying the love, sacrifice, and redemption that it represents. Amen.
