It was a genuine demonstration of huge solidarity and massive support for a man who is determined to change the narrative of governance in the State. This gesture has perfectly resonated with the honouree. It is a challenge to more work for Ndị Imo in general, and like our people would say, "ekelee onye akịdị, ọ gwọta ọzọ".

For me, it was fulfilling to share in those priceless moments. In sync with my beloved husband, I thank the entire Owerri Zone for the honour of the grand civic reception. The message was loud and clear and we reckon with it, greatly! I pray God keeps us alive to reap the fruits of our good works.

Akara Ugo is a mark of excellence and exceptionality.

The works of writers are replete with traits which make the Eagle a high flier - an outstanding bird, amongst others. Chief of these features, for me, is the ability to nurture and give care with the help of its broad wings.

One of the high points of the the grand civic reception in honour of the Governor was the conferment of Ọnwa n'Etiri Ọha and Akaraugo 1 of Owerri Zone on my beloved husband and I, respectively, by the Owerri Zone Council of Traditional Rulers.

Just like the peculiar features of the Eagle, the moon is also outstanding, illuminating the earth when it matters most.

Ndị Eze Owerri Zone, ụnụ emeela ooo! .

We do not esteem this honour, lightly.

This honour is dedicated to all Imo women, especially, the indigent and vulnerable people.

I shall use this platform to the service of God and the betterment of humanity, to the Glory of God.
