In continuation of the menstrual hygiene sensitization tour by the collaborative efforts of my office and the Ministry of Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups, the Honourable Commissioner Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu @hon_nkechinyereugwu and her team visited St Dominica Savio Comprehensive Secondary School Ntueke, Ideato South L.G.A.

Students of the school were educated on the importance of upholding good menstrual health, equipped with thorough knowledge about the menstrual cycle, presented with reusable pads and encouraged to abide by healthy practices.

In their gratitude remarks, the Vice Principal, Mr Obinali Tom-Ernest, and a Miss Emmanuel Melody appreciated our activities, assisted in allocating refreshments and reusable pads to the students as well as said a few prayers for God's blessing upon the State.
