On April 16, 2023, I was represented by Honourable Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu, Commissioner for Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups, at the commissioning of the two-bedroom bungalow built for Mrs. Chikwe Uba Ekwelike, a widow from Umuogbudi, Abia Omuma, in Oru East L.G.A of Imo State.

I would like to express my profound gratitude to Chief (Mrs.) Ifeoma Nwanojuo Achomba, who collaborated with my office for the rehabilitation and completion of this project. I sincerely appreciate how this partnership has made another family happy.

I would also like to thank the Chief (Mrs.) Gift Nwanojuo, Dr. Nina Nwulu, Mrs. Kate Igwe, Hon. Ifeanyi Oru, the SOLAD, former TC Chairman, PG of the community, Umuada Omuma Members, indigenes of the community, and other government appointees present. Your attendance at the event was greatly appreciated.

After the commissioning and dedication of the house, everyone present joined the family members as they danced and praised God for the wonderful gift.
