The high-ranking members of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Imo State Headquarters, paid a visit to appreciate the financial intervention my office rendered, as well as visitation with palliatives to the Correctional Centre during the pandemic.

The Comptroller, Mr. Kingsley Njoku, on behalf of the organization, extended gratitude and felicitations to the Governor, His Excellency, Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodimma and the 3R Government for providing them operational vehicles, training the inmates in vocational skills, paying court fines and hospital bills, among other notable acts of kindness.

I was informed that the Centre was gradually becoming a citadel of academic excellence, an Open University of sort, that would continually churn out graduates that would hold their heads high in the society. This is highly commendable.

The 3R Administration would continue to support every sector, as it runs an all-inclusive Government.

I appreciated their visit and encouraged them to take good care of all inmates by leveraging on the available facilities, such as the renovated hospitals, among others, which they can access for proper medical care.
