Earlier today at the State House Presidential Villa Abuja, the All Progressives Congress (APC) @officialapcng inaugurated a team of women under the campaign wing of the party for the 2023 Presidential Elections led by the the First Lady of Nigeria and the Grand Patron of the Tinubu/Shettima Women Presidential Campaign, HE Aisha M. Buhari.

The event had in attendance Presidential Candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialasiwajubat; his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima; the wives of the Candidate and his running mate, Senator Remi Tinubu and Mrs. Nana Shettima @nanashettima.

Also at event were APC Governors @ngfsecretariat and their Wives @ngw_forum among several prestigious members of APC gathered in one accord to witness the grand inauguration of 1200 women.

Outstanding remarks were given by the Chairperson of the Women’s Campaign Team, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, the Director General of APC Presidential Campaign Council, Gov. Simon Lalong, the National Chairman of the party, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu and Nigeria's First Lady, HE Aisha Buhari encouraged each member of the new campaign team to remain spirited in their responsibilities to achieve the ambitions of the party.

In the Inaugural Speech delivered by President Muhammadu Buhari, who was ably represented by his Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, I believe every new member was instilled with confidence and urged to keep showing their willingness, loyalty, and dedication by being responsible individuals in their roles to our society.

I am truly grateful for the honour of being one of the newly appointed campaign coordinators, specifically, the Coordinator for the South-East division and I guarantee my full commitment to effectively planning, leading, conducting, and dealing with every matter that arises.
