Today, my husband and I joined the flag-off of the Conditional Cash Transfer; an initiative of the Federal Government under the National Social Investments Program (NSIP) aimed at helping vulnerable groups in Imo State.

The program has continually raised self-sustainability and encouraged development while addressing the poverty line for the vulnerable population under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The 3R Government and the good people of Imo State would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Mr. President for graciously approving the commencement of this phase in Imo State.

I applaud Hajia Sadiya Umar Farouq, the Honourable Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, and her team for their tremendous work in identifying beneficiaries around the State.

I encourage each beneficiary to use the funds wisely for their economic endeavors.
