I joyfully honoured the invitation of the Catholic Women Organization (CWO) - Holy Trinity Parish Omuma, Oru East LGA on Sunday, August 14, 2022 to celebrate their August Meeting.

In response to their outstanding support for the 3R Government’s programs and policies, my representative, the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups, Hon. Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu expressed my gratitude to the members and leaders.

Practising forgiveness, embracing peace, and sharing encouraging words is essential for the development of our dear communities and Imo State at large. I find it encouraging that our women across the Parish extend that understanding to others within the parish and in their communities as well.

Activities like launching of notable projects and opening of dishes by branches and station patrons were carried out towards the end of the ceremony which was also graced by my sister-in-law, Mrs. Eziada Loveth Adaji and Chief Mrs. Adindu.

I made a donation towards their projects and assured them of my husband - H.E. Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodimma's support in addressing their issues and concerns.

I greatly commend the efforts of the C.W.O President and the Parish Priest for their encouragement through prayers and continued maintenance of peace and unity. It is my prayer that we will all continue to be blessed with the peace of the Lord, Amen.
