During the Thanksgiving service held today, we had the opportunity to celebrate the influence of the paternal figures and the extraordinary roles they play in our lives.

A lot of us made it this far because of their priceless wisdom and it is only right that we celebrate them. I, therefore, extend special gratitude to the father figures who had to become mentors and to the fathers who are the rock, the inspiration and a source of strength to their families.

I celebrate with the Catholic Fathers across the world and it is my prayer that every devoted father partakes in reaping the fruits of fatherhood. God bless you for all you do.
