Today, various individuals and groups gather across the country to commemorate the annual Nigerian Armed Forces Remembrance Day held in recognition of the supreme sacrifice paid by our fallen heroes in the line of duty. Years later and their fearlessness in service to the nation has and will not be forgotten.

We also celebrate this day in honor of the bravery of our serving heroes as they strive to protect our dear Nation, Nigeria. May the souls of the departed rest in peace and may the collective bravery of our servicemen continue to inspire others.
