During the October 2021 Breast Cancer Awareness tagged - “Awareness is Power”, my office through the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Women Affairs and Vulnerable Group, the Ministry of Health and the Walk with Us Cancer Foundation, organized a walk and also, featured lectures, questions and answers on different issues regarding Breast Cancer.

As Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu, the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups, pointed out during her speech, regular examinations are necessary to detect any lump so that qualified medical experts can begin treatment immediately.
