Though “Kindness” was the theme promoted by the Mental Health Foundation for Mental Health Week 2020, it is a practice that should continually thrive in our society.

This year, as we continue to campaign for this awareness with the slogan that says, “Mental Health Care For All: Let’s Make It A Reality”, I urge us to practice more acts of kindness to the people around us so it improves not only our community and State but also our country at large.
