At the funeral of the late Dr. (Mrs.) Phoebe Oby Oguzie, mother of our sister, Hon. Jennifer Oguzie, who passed away at the age of 65, I was represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Welfare, Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu, UNJP. This delegation was sent to pay our respects to the late matriarch and offer our deepest commiserations to the family. The late Dr. Oguzie will be remembered as a virtuous woman and a devoted Christian who dedicated her life to service, education, and humanity, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the lives she touched. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, and we pray that they draw strength from God and the memory of the remarkable, impactful life their mother lived. The condolence team, led by the Honourable Commissioner, included Mrs. Chinwe Nwokeji, Hon. Mrs. Maureen Chimara, Hon. Mrs. Jennifer Nwosu, Mrs. Peace Nwosu, Hon. Joy Moses, and Hon. Mrs. Ada Ekekwe.
