At the 8th National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), held on March 27, 2026, at Eagle Square, Abuja, I had the honour of attending alongside my husband, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Hope Uzodimma, CON, Governor of Imo State and Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, with party leaders, stakeholders, and delegates nationwide. The convention reaffirmed our commitment to progressive governance and national development, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and saw the return of Professor Nentawe Yilwatda and members of the National Working Committee through a consensus process. It further strengthened unity within the party and reinforced our collective resolve towards a more prosperous Nigeria. Congratulations to the newly elected executives.
