DAY 4 UPDATE
Day 4 brought fresh energy — and fresh faces. The Mamamoni team arrived, a Digital Financial Solutions company built by women, for women, and with a very specific assignment in hand: equip 100 women from Imo State with the skills, confidence, and financial know-how to stand on their own feet. POS terminal operation, financial inclusion, entrepreneurial education — practical tools for real economic independence.
The venue was buzzing. Once registrations wrapped up, the 100 POS Beneficiaries joined the 100 Female Students already deep in their skills acquisition journey, and the room shifted into something bigger than a training — it felt like a movement. Her Excellency, the First Lady of Imo State, Barr. Chioma Uzodimma, set the tone with a welcome address delivered by Project Flourish 200 Coordinator, Barr. Chinenye Owums Owuamalam.
Then it was straight to work. The POS Beneficiaries dove into three intensive sessions with the Mamamoni team while, just across the hall, the six skills acquisition booths hummed with their own momentum. Everywhere you looked, something was being learned, something was shifting.
By the time the day wound down, the air had loosened into celebration. Dance, speeches, performances — the women poured out their gratitude to the First Lady in the most joyful way they knew how. Day 4 didn’t just close, it closed with a bang.
