Each patient, survivor, and caregiver has a unique story that deserves to be heard and honoured. Today, on World Cancer Day 2026, we embrace the theme 'United by Unique' for the second consecutive year, recognizing that every cancer experience is personal, yet we are connected in our determination to overcome this disease.

Cancer does not discriminate, but neither does hope. Let us use this day to educate ourselves and others about prevention, early detection, and the importance of regular screenings. Let us also extend love and encouragement to patients, survivors, and families navigating this difficult path.

Let this day remind us that in our diversity of experiences, we find unity in our mission to end cancer's impact on lives worldwide. Together, we can create hope and drive change for a healthier future.

United we stand. United by Unique.
