@josephs_pot, an indigenous restaurant in Owerri devoted to promoting Igbo culture through traditional cuisine and preserving heritage through food, paid a courtesy visit to my office on September 29, 2025. The team, led by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Joseph Obasi, expressed appreciation for the commitment of my office to the empowerment of women and youth in the state. While sharing their vision during the visit, they offered to explore areas where the restaurant's cultural and entrepreneurial goals might align with the impactful initiatives currently underway in Imo State. It was delightful meeting the team, who prepared their signature dish, Ofe Owerri, live for me to sample. I commended them for their rich culinary heritage and noted how their hospitality and commitment to the state's cultural legacy are making the state shine brightly. I extended my support to them as they display their culinary skills during the Presidential visit to the state.
