I heartily felicitate with all Muslim faithfuls on the completion of this year's Ramadan Fast.

As we bask in the euphoria of the season's celebration, we are to be mindful of the present security challenges and the attendant health and economic realities of the times, but in all, we should remain steadfast and hopeful that these too shall pass.

The spate of insecurity in our State is a test to our collective responsibility and I urge us all to take all precautionary measures to stay safe.

To this end, we are all enjoined, for our safety, to continue to partner with the Government and Security Agencies, by promptly reporting suspicious movements in and around our environment, avoid late night outings and maintain peace, unity and orderliness.

While urging us all to extend our hands of fellowship to the vulnerable and the less-privileged in our society, may all our prayers, fasting and devotion to God Almighty bring blessings and favour upon us all.
