Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu CON, First Lady of Nigeria and National Chairman of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), at the State House, Abuja on 29th May, 2025, on behalf of the Renewed Hope Initiative presented seven hybrid buses to the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria.

Addressing the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) during the presentation ceremony, Senator Tinubu fulfilled her earlier promise by donating seven hybrid 14-seater buses to the organization. She encouraged the youth to remain hardworking and upright, emphasizing that these qualities are essential for true growth in life. The First Lady urged the group to maintain their faith while working diligently and to utilize the vehicles for God's work and service to others.

"We cannot do this any other day than today, which happens to be the second anniversary of this administration. It is God who has been sustaining us; therefore, giving to people who are serving Him in whatever ministry is a good way to celebrate," she stated.

The National Chairman of YOWICAN, Michael Enwere Belosochukwu, expressed profound gratitude to the First Lady and RHI on behalf of the association. He assured that the buses would significantly ease the challenges they encounter during evangelism and enable them to make substantial progress in their ministerial work.

Each vehicle has been allocated to YOWICAN chapters across the six geopolitical zones and the National Secretariat. Also present at the ceremony were H.E. Hajiya Nana Shettima, wife of the Vice President and National Vice Chairman of RHI; Bishop S.T.V Adegbite, Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission; I had the honour of attending as well, alongside other distinguished guests.
