Today is dedicated to celebrating Creativity and Innovations around the world by the United Nations (UN) with respect to advancing the United Nations sustainable development goals, also known as the "global goals".

The world has taken today out to acknowledge pure brilliance and other deliberate attempts by innovators to revolutionize how see perceive the things we see, hear and connect with our surroundings.

I believe that being creative means having a set of unique God-given gift(s)/talent(s) that one can share with people or use same to advance human development. Be it drawing, coding, dancing, painting, writing poetry, or cooking, etc , creativity is manifest in many ways and we must continue to encourage similar expressions in our children and wards. We should also be observant to know when and where these gifts manifest.

The world is made better by the activities of these exceptional individuals who have dedicated their thought-patterns to challenging the status quos with their spirit of exploration and creativity and turning ideas into reality in favour of human development.

The importance of creativeness and innovativeness as tools for problem-solving cannot be overemphasized with the reality of today's world.
