Easter is a time to celebrate hope and new beginnings, made possible by the love and sacrifice of Jesus through His death and resurrection.

To mark this special day, our family gathered with friends and well-wishers for a Thanksgiving Mass at our home parish, St. Lima of Rose Catholic Church, Ozuh-Omuma in Oru East LGA.

The Mass was led by His Lordship, Most Rev. Dr. Augustine Ukwuoma, the Catholic Bishop of Orlu Diocese. He reminded us that true leadership is about selflessness and sacrifice; just as Jesus showed us. He also encouraged us to let go of old, unhelpful habits and embrace a fresh start, like Jesus leaving His burial cloth behind when He rose from the dead.

As we reflect on Easter, may it inspire us to live with love, compassion, and forgiveness. May this season fill our hearts with peace, joy, and happiness. Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Easter!
